We check the guitars for action, pickups and everything ,then only is the guitar shipped to the customer..

We have A No Return Policy as the customer is unable to match the packing expertise for shipping the product ,hence it reaches back only in a broken state. Thus mandatory quality checks are maintained at all levels so that the gear is in perfect condition before dispatch.Kindly mail us at rajesh.musicianscart@gmail.com the cancelled order number, bank account details, IFSC code so that we can initiate the refund at the earliest and the customer will receive it within Seven working days.
